What should house washing cost for a one-story home?

We're in Estero and looking to get our stucco house washed before family visits. For a fairly standard one-story place, what kind of price range have people been seeing lately?

Our one-story place was in the low hundreds for an exterior wash, but that was a while ago and we didn’t include the roof or driveway. I’d ask whether the quote includes the eaves, exterior windows, and any screened areas.

For a standard one-story stucco home around Estero, I’ve seen quotes vary quite a bit depending on size, access, and whether the soffits and lanai are included. Get a couple of itemized estimates so you’re comparing the same work.
