How often do you wash a tile roof in North Fort Myers?

Our North Fort Myers roof gets dark on the north side first too. We’ve gone about three years between cleanings so far; tree cover and shade seem to make a difference. Ask for a low-pressure treatment made for tile roofs.

Those streaks are pretty common here, especially on the shaded side. We usually have our tile roof soft washed every few years, but I’d get someone to take a look rather than wait if the growth is spreading. Avoid anyone proposing high pressure on the tiles.
